We are looking for a blogger to blog on our credit card blog. Below are the following requirements.
1. Must actually carry and use reward credit cards. Preference will be given to those who have Bank of America WorldPoints, Citi’s ThankYou Rewards, or Capital One’s No Hassle Miles Rewards Card.
2. Candidate should have used the rewards for airmiles or other rewards.
3. Should preferably have traveled once or twice a year using rewards points.
4. members of other frequent flyer or frequent guest program preferred.
We are looking for bloggers to blog about reward program tips and their experiences. This is not a job to post just “updates”.

This is a Telecommuting position.
Job Summary: Provide customer service via phone on client specific issues while accurately capturing all customer-related information in the proper client relationship management database by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned:
- Answers incoming telephone calls, responds to customer questions and solves problems according to standardized procedures while maintaining a courteous manner.
- Logs on and off customer care system.
- Accesses account files, takes orders and processes orders.
- Asks appropriate questions and gather information to determine customer needs.
- Enters alpha and numeric data via computer keyboard into an automated system accurately.
- Uses client specific reference materials and customer service skills.
- Explains products, services, options and related charges clearly and concisely.

This job requires the following home workspace, equipment and position requirements:

A dedicated work space at the principal residence free of distractions that will allow work without interruption

High-speed Internet connection, also in same workspace, available for use during assigned work-at-home shift. No wireless Internet or Internet connection sharing.
