Work at Home: Benefits Program Manager
The Central Washington Public Utilities Unified Insurance Program CWPU UIP Trust is seeking a full time professional to provide overall structure to develop, implement and improve benefit plans, programs and procedures.
The Benefits Program Manager will guide the day to day affairs of the seven utility member health and welfare Trust, coordinate broker activities, assist Trustees and administrators, provide facilitation of labor relations work related to benefits committees and concerns, and provide guidance on wellness related programs as requested.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in benefit management, including employee health and welfare benefits programs; understanding of benefits administration, processes and procedures; and working knowledge of federal and or state regulations affecting the administration of broad-based benefit and retirement plans for public sector employers; excellent facilitation and communication skills; a bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, education and experience and 5 years progressively responsible professional experience in benefits consulting or in the management of a benefits program.
The successful candidate will reside in Eastern Washington in one of the seven CWPU utility service areas or in the broker location, Spokane and will work from a home office. - Moderating. Moderate and manage the comments posted on your blogs or other posts and reply to other users based on their comments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required;
- Must be current pet parent and passionate about animals and writing for them.
- Passionate about interacting with other online users in written format and managing online community, such as posting replies, asking questions, discovering and screening inappropriate content.
- Advanced user with social networking; good familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Blogpost and other pet loving communities-websites.
