WORK AT HOME: Paid Transcriber and Researcher Intern for book project (Hoboken mostly telecommute)

Must be fast and accurate: typing and spelling accuracy a must.

Teleinterviewer (Part Time Work From Home)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
-Complete interviews with insurance applicants via telephone. These interviews will include gathering medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories. Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
-Manage the C4 Call Management System by making telephone calls, logging call attempts, documenting information within orders as necessary and recording call results.
-Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Diagnostics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.
-Observes all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Quest Diagnostics Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special training.
