As an administrative assistant, you will perform diverse secretarial duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making for a senior manager. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department’s activities and goals. Duties may be expanded to include coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, ordering and maintaining supplies, submitting expenses and/or review incoming correspondence and prepare responses. Additionally, you will exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique problems.

Seeking an experienced, reliable part-time, flexible, executive assistant to work the vast majority of the time from wherever you choose.
- Experience working as executive assistant required
- Have to be comfortable with “gatekeeper” function
- Scheduling and travel arrangements
- Contact database management with attention to detail
- Submission of expense reports
I will trade you flexibility for accessibility. That is, if you are accessible to me most of the time, if you promptly respond to remote requests, then I can give you maximum flexibility on when and where you work.
At least in the near-term, this will likely amount to roughly 1/3-time job.
