Tax Preparer – TurboTax Personal Pro

Primary Responsibilities:

Support and guide TurboTax Personal Pro customers through the tax filing process including:

-Providing guidance during the online interview process via chat

-Conduct phone meetings with Personal Pro customers

-Prepare and file tax returns

Note: these positions are REMOTE, they are work from home
Qualifications:Extensive experience in personal tax preparation, federal 1040 and state returns
