Admin and Personal Assistant-PT
Home based business seeking part-time Admin and personal assistant who can run and manage all aspects of my day-to-day business. You will be asked to perform a wide range of duties including administrative, clerical, bookkeeping, marketing, research assignments, and personal support and errands.
You must have the following skills:
- Must be highly organized and be able to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently and effectively.
- Must be able to use technology—computers, printers, fax machines, scanners and copiers.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Wisdom to ask for guidance when needed.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while performing regular daily assignments
- Must be discreet and regard all client data as confidential
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a home office equipped with a computer, high-speed internet, printer, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
