Customer Service (In-bound, telephone)
CareOne, part of the Ascend One family of businesses, headquartered in Columbia, Maryland provides an array of financial services designed to help consumers get and stay out of debt.
Our Customer Care Virtual Team is looking for several experienced customer service professionals to add to our Virtual Team V-Team. Members of our V-Team perform the their responsibilities from home offices following training in Columbia, MD, accessing our state-of-the-art computer systems via the Internet.
The Customer Care position requires a minimum of 18 months of related customer service experience must include some telephone customer service experience in a call center environment, exceptional customer service/communication skills, and proven ability to work independently.
