Part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant
Small retail business has the perfect job for a person who has a few hours a week to take care of bookkeeping and handling accounts payable/payroll.
The optimal candidate is already engaged in such work for another company, but needs to fill a few hours and make some additional money. Using software such as Quickbooks, the candidate will:
Receive and process bills and other accounts payable
Process payroll for four employees
Complete quarterly tax forms and process tax payments
Manage recording inventory levels for taxes
Record sales figures
Provide profit/loss, inventory valuation and other standard reports as requested
